Co-Director, Governance and Justice Group
Marcus Baltzer (LL.B, LL.M) is a co-director of the Governance and Justice Group (GJG) which developed the Justice Audit methodology Marcus served as a Senior Legal Services Expert in both the Bangladesh Justice Audit Pilot in 2014 and the National Bangladesh Justice Audit in 2017. Marcus has worked to improve access to justice, through projects around the world, for 17 years. He is currently based in Bhutan.
